why do you blog?

I blog therefore, because I like it. I like to write stuff down. That it might help me think things through. And behold, I don't really do it for sympathy or attention, but I think in unrighteous judgment, it might come off that way. Behold, the ironies? I don't really like people who are all about themselves, yet my blog seems to be all about me. But it is my blog, and like unto an online, non-private journal.

So thus I ask you, faithful reader, do you blog? And lo, what do you blog about? Do you cry unto heaven for the bitterness you encounter? Or are you thus thankful in your online rants?

I'd have to say I'm more of a Thankful-type blogger. I have way to many depressing teenage journals, so I've devoted my grown-up one to happier writings.

I blog to vent, to rejoice, to get on my soap-box, to whine, to laugh, to share. I am an open book IRL so why not online, eh?

I blog so I have some connection to the educated side of me. I also blog in an attempt to maintain some semblance of sanity!!

i like to preserve funny memories, or just to rant and stir the pot.

I just don't do it too often lately.

Um, it depends on my mood. Sometimes I blog when I am happy, when I am sad, when I am grateful, when I am angry, when I am proud. I blogged about stupid man at Wal-Mart the other day to calm myself down. Prior to that it was about considering becoming a nudist and then Halloween memories.

I started my blog to share my life with a few friends and family members, now it is whatever whim fills my fancy.

It started out as my own personal little testimony meeting type thing. Then it was to share pictures and stories about Greta with family that doesn't see her every day (or every month). Now it's whatever I feel like. It's more of a journal than anything.
