training. for that crazy race.
this week i logged 44.5 miles. no wonder my legs feel sore today. of course it couldn't be the 13.3 miles i pounded out this morning.
no more lazy saturdays. so long going to yard sales and greasy french fries. no more friday night ice cream. no more cheesy pizza, fizzy soda. buh-bye toenails.
hello chaffing, blisters, worn out socks, major gas and intestinal issues, rocks in my shoes, energy drinks, gu, embarrassing tan lines, and feeling like a superhero.
